I also would take this trade. You dominate in offense after this trade and take a hit in pitching. I passed on a Votto for Tulo trade (a few other players too) a few weeks ago and am kicking myself for it.

I probably wouldn't take this trade. 75 percent of your starting pitchers are aces. After the deal you're left with 25% (Kershaw). Sounds like the guy really needs pitching since he's willing to give up votto or he has a good backup at 1B. Try to counter with one of your aces and Edwin Jackson for just votto.
