I give: Jon Lester, BJ Upton I get: Tim Lincecum, Austin Jackson
He wants a better OF in return, but Lincecum is literally on the cusp of losing his rotation spot. I see this as a significant risk, but I'm hopeful that my SP can survive even if Lincecum does end up demoted or in the bullpen. I need 5 viable SP in my rotation to stay afloat. Also, can Crawford come back strong enough and soon enough to make the addition of Jackson less relevant? Thoughts?

Tough one, but I think you're giving up too much. Lester will turn it around, so I think you should offer T Hudson instead and tell him 'all or nothing'. Tim is a great buy low candidate, but this is not necessarily a buy low offer. For your information, I traded for Tim by giving up Cespedes in one of my leagues. There are numerous other trades reported on this forum where Tim went for much less than Lester and BJ U. I'm also not too sure if A Jackson will keep it up. To summarize: I won't do this.
I don't mind buying low on Lincecum, and I agree with the last response that you can likely buy lower. I don't necessarily hate the offer but I think you could get even better if you played a little harder to get. Lincecum has looked far worse than Lester, though both have struggled.
It's a somewhat lateral move, thus I don't like it. If you want to buy low on Lincecum, BUY LOW. You are simply paying about the right amount here, and taking more risk. I'd pass and try to make a better deal.
