Certainly, Tulo and Stanton are also legit keeper options, so if you find yourself falling out of the playoff race towards the trade deadline, you could try to swing for the fences and deal a few pieces for a better piece.

Kemp, Trout, Stanton are all your obvious keepers. Of the others, I would go with Tulo, because SS is still a very shallow position and he is the best around.

Fielder is by far the least valuable keeper in my mind. I would actually put Stanton #5, but it's close between him and HanRam (#4); I just think 3b is weaker than OF.

As far as ideas, are you contending this year or not. If not, do not trade Tulo. Keep Tulo and Kemp. I am not sure if there is anyone out there much better than what you have at a reasonable price.
If you are contending, deal Tulo right now to the 9th or 10th place team and get what you need. If it takes it, give him Kemp as well.
I would, if you thought it could help you (obviously I would need to see the roster), go to him with the following:

I will give you Tulo and Kemp for your entire team. You can choose 1 player (protectable) to keep, and let me make the rest happen. Tulo right now is MUCH more valuable to a keeper team out of contention than one still in contention.
