Does this seem balanced and would you do it??

Sidebar, would you use the waiver for Laroche (only 1b out there) so I could move Miggy to 3b, or for Wade Miley who for some reason is still available.

I assume you were referring to Halladay as the best. His cost makes him only a rental for this year, could not afford to keep him.
