Ian Kennedy for Lincecum straight up

I'm in a 12 team keeper league, standard 5x5, and 10 keepers after this year. My hitting is pretty bad; my pitching is really good. But I have been offered Lincecum for my Kennedy straight up. In a one year league I don't like it. But in a keeper league I'm leaning towards yes. I'm in dead last and this team is in third so he wants guys who can help him now.

Long-term win for me?
And a follow up: if I could get Bourn for Kennedy, would you rather Bourn or Lincecum?

Thanks for the feedback. He also came at me with Bourn + a throw-in pitcher for Kennedy and Quentin. I also have Ethier for Kennedy straight up on the table... So many options. Thoughts? WHIR!

Ian Kennedy was a one year wonder last year. He was a product of his crappy division last year and good hitting team. Let me rephrase the, the Diamondbacks were a one year wonder. Lincecum has been suffering because he has been letting up to many walks. His walks have been going down this month and he could return to his ace form. Both pitchers are pretty bad this year, but i think you should still get lincecum.
