Ellsbury for Scherzer is a no brainer, right?

I have been offered Ellsbury and Worley for my Max Scherzer. Worley doesn't excite me and I'd probably drop him for Harang or Beckett anyway. I'm really not much on Scherzer either, but snagged him off the wire a few weeks ago before he started to get hot. I'll miss his K's, but I don't start him that often anyway. I'm just thinking I can't pass on Ellsbury. Does anyone have an opinion on how hes gonna do when he returns? He's a 1st round draft choice so to get him for Scherzer has got to be a steal right?

I'm currently in 3rd place...10 team H2H points league. Weekly roster locks. Non-keeper.
