Keeper swap....Pujols and Kemp plus others...thoughts?

14 team keeper w/ OBP instead of AVG. you keep 5 players, no rounds

I am considering trading to try to solidify a title this year. Two offers on the table:

Offer 1- Tex, Price, CC for Kemp

Offer 2- Pujols, Marcum, bonifacio for kemp, slight pick upgrade (3-5 rds outside top 10 rounds)

I am leaning towards perhaps accepting the second deal but pushing to get back Duda or A Gordon instead of Bonifacio.

What do you think?

I like deal 1 better. Deal 2 has the best player but deal 1 gives you a solid 1B and two aces.
