I have two trades. Need opinions please. WHIR

Trade one:
I give: Trumbo, Reddick, Edwin Jackson, Rafael Soriano
I get: AGon, Michael Bourn, Lincecum

I know Lincecum is playing like crap, and AGon hasn't been AGon. I don't know what to think about it.

Trade two:
I give Reddick, Quentin, Sale, Rafael Soriano
I get Trout, Gordon, Moustakas, Samardzija

I don't know what to think about this one either. Just looking for opinions.

I like both of those trades for you, but especially the second one (Trout).

Absolutely an emphatic NO on the first deal...stay far far away from Lincecum. I've been telling everybody that for weeks now and I'm gonna tell you the same...do not get involved in any deals where you are seeking him for a rebound and pitching help...you can do better on the waiver wire at this point.

I like the 2nd deal though...anyway you can get Trout would be a good trade in my mind...Quentin, Sale, and Reddick are all overdue for a regression and it's coming. Sale already showed that in his last start. I also think Samardzija is going to regress as well, showing flashes of his old wild self, but that's definitely still a good deal for your team.

Help with mine please

I see Lincecum as a throw-in in the first trade. You don't have to use him; you can try to flip him. A-Gone and Bourn are the best players in the deal.
