I really like this deal, but is there anyway you can substitute Jaime for another SP? Because Garcia will likely be out for another 2 months.

I'll echo the Jaime Garcia aspect... but I wouldn't even think twice about doing it as is anyway.

Ortiz is a monster this year, and Gallardo will get better from here on out. He's a better pitcher than Samardzija.

Hunter/Samardzija are non-factors, IMO. They can be found on most leagues' waiver wires. Sandoval is good, but Gallardo/Papi is much better.
