Does anyone know if Mantei is going to be able to go opening day or is Valverde going to get the node. If Mantie is not going to pitch is he going to go on the DL.

i've heard that valverde supreme Himself is getting the duties for the first 7-10 games of the year.

i just ditched him for leskanic though, free royals closer? don't mind if i do. i think he'll keep the job over macdougal if he does well.

Yeah, Valverde should def. be good for the start of the season. After that it gets a bit sketchy...

I don't mean to belittle Leskanic, but my money is on Papa Grande for the time being.

For how long, and how long until he goes down with some other injury? Valverde will have better ratios than Leskanic and I'll take my chances with Mantei's health giving Valverde saves. Around 15-20 would be gold this year.
