Trade Casilla?

I was just offered the following deal:

I give - S.Casilla
I get - BJ Upton + R.Furcal

My reaction was to hit accept immediately, but just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. I mean Casilla has been one of the best closers in the game, but he accounts for 1 category. Upton has not really hit his stride and Furcal has been in a major slump, but there is too much to pass up here, no? I'm pretty stacked at closer and have been trying to move one or two. Please just confirm that I should jump all over this. Is there any reason I shouldn't do this? Roster below:

It's fine, I guess, since you need OF help with Kemp shelved and your RP is deep. I love me some Casilla, though.

I traded him straight up for Cliff Lee (with fingers crossed) in an NL Only. Just to give some idea of value. And looking at your line-up, Longaria is returning sometime soon and you are on the back side of Kemp's DL stay. Don't know your league details, but do you think Casilla could be used to shore up the SP?
