My J. Upton for lots of depth-should I pull the trigger?

12 team 5x5 standard roto league. I am currently in 2nd place and the only categories I am lacking in are HR, RBI and AVG.

I was just offered this:

I get: Paul Konerko, Hunter Pence, Martin Prado, Shaun Marcum and Wil Myers (prospect, so can be an extra free keeper for next year)

I give: Justin Upton, Logan Morrison, Anthony Rizzo, Roy Oswalt and Jarrod Parker (prospect, so can be an extra free keeper next year)

I obviously would be giving up the one stud of the group in Upton, but Pence can replace him as a lower end keeper, and Konerko, Prado and Marcum provide depth and help the categories I need.

Any thoughts? Thank you!

Man sucks dealing Upton but I probably pull the trigger here. You get a lot of nice talent in return and should help push you into 1st place. Getting Myers helps make losing Upton a little easier as well.

Thanks for the response! That is the way that I was leaning too. Parker is a nice prospect too, but Myers has a small chance to be in that 2nd or 3rd OF keeper tier in a couple years.
