I am in a 12-team H2H keeper league. Its been announced that Jacob Turner will replace Smyly for the time being. Potential add?

Yep depends on who you would drop and realize he is only at best a spot starter. Nothing better on the WW?

He didn't do well last year when he was brought up. He's pitching well in the minors but isn't missing many bats . And not striking people out .I think the Tigers should have traded him to the Cubs before the start of the season while they had a chance. I see a Porcello type in Turner. Nothing special.
