Much as everyone probably thinks Heyward is significantly better, is there evidence? Remember, this is a non-keeper 2012 only question. Even last year Ross' numbers seemed better, and that was in AT&T Park.
So I'm considering the flip. What do you think?

Completely agree.
J-Hey has way more upside then Cody Ross and should out produce Cody Ross for the ROS, imo.

I'd stick with Heyward for sure. You probably can drop someone else if you really feel like you need Ross.
