Lincecum - Buy low?

In general, what does everyone think about trying to get Lincecum cheap? Is he even worth it or does he look so bad that it's not worth giving anything up?

I offered Haren in a trade with a couple of other pieces. It was rejected. I think Lincecum will turn but that seems the minority view

Lincecum is a guy I would like to buy low on and stash on my bench until he strings together a couple of strong starts (IF he does that this year). Dont overpay though, its not looking good this year.
