A few weeks ago I traded Freddie Freeman, at the height of his production and before his eye issues, for Josh Johnson. I regretted doing it almost immediately, but lo and behold Freeman was dropped today. I have an opportunity to get him back. Is there anyone on my roster you would drop for him?

Also, I've been going back and forth with this guy who wants Nelson Cruz. I'm wondering if I should trade Cruz, or try and cash in on the Harper/Trout hype, or just stand pat. So far we haven't come to an agreement, but here are some of his players I'd be interested in:
Gio Gonzalez
Matt Cain
Jeremy Hellickson
James McDonald
Tommy Hanson
Chris Perez
Ernesto Frieri
Cole Hamels
Jose Valverde

Should I offer a package for a pitching upgrade? Or should I stand pat?

I would drop Worley or Cook for Freeman in a heartbeat. You have 10 SP and only 2 Bench batters...Plus if you get freeman back, you can equate the series of events to dropping Worley/Cook for Josh Johnson which would be a no brainer as well. Freeman will have a good 2nd half. Get him back on your roster.

As far as Cruz goes, you can trade him for a pitcher to replace Worley/Cook. You can slide Trout up to OF and put Freeman in your Util spot.
