Please Rate My team - 2nd place through 10 weeks, need help

So I'm currently in my first ever fantasy baseball season sitting in second place at 8-2. My buddy who got me in the league is actually in 1st, at 9-1, and I know I'm going to have to do something if I'm going to beat him. Especially because the prize pool is winner takes all. So, here's my team: (when healthy)

Any suggestions, + how would you rate it? Btw, I'm currently starting Marc Scutaro at SS since tulo is injured, and jennings + victorino in the outfield, since kemp/tulo will be back soon enough.

I have two pending trade offers for Cargo. One is Mike trout + Josh Johnson for Cargo, which I declined. The other is David Ortiz + Justin Upton for Cargo + Victorino. Would you guys recommend taking the second one? I'm debating it. If I took the second tarde, my outfield would be Kemp/Upton/Ortiz/Trumbo

I'm just not confident that Upton will pick up, what do you think?

Very solid team up and down, maybe you should try and pickup another closer (Nathan, Perez ect..). I would try and package Kudora, and another for a solid pitcher.
