King Felix Keeper Trade Help

So I got this offer tonight from an owner that I have been going back and forth with. What do you guys think? Fair?

I get : Darvish, Trumbo, and Austin Jackson.

I Give : King Felix, Omar Infane, and Mark Texeira

My team is as follows:

10 Team H2H 5 keeper league.

C-McCann
1b-Texiera
2b-Kipnis
3b-Aramis Ramirez
SS-Tulo
Of-Adam Jones, Bruce, Cargo, Stanton
Util-Omar Infante, Kyle Seager
Bench-Morneau, Scutaro, Bonifacio

SP - Felix, J. Johnson, Colby Lewis, Tommy Hanson, Capuano, Felix Doubrant
RP- Bell, Putz, Capps, Broxton

Keep in mind Felix will not be a keeper for me. I have position players I am keeping. I am looking to add some better AVG and RBIs to my team...both Jackson and Trumbo have great AVGS...as long as they can keep them that way.

I like this for you.
Trumbo is already (IMO) better than Tex.
Darvish is as good as King Felix this year. They are both having their ups & downs. If they both finish the year as expected then Felix > Darvish.
Jackson has surprised everyone by keeping his AVG up and is very valuable because of it. Infante's value seems to be dropping by the day.

Therefore, I'd do it. At worst you get the better player in 2 of 3 the scenarios, and possibly all 3.
