Please Help me with Matt Kemp Sig

I've been trying to make my own Matt Kemp pic for my sig but I'm having alot of difficulty...just cant' seem to get the damn thing to the right size. If someone could please create one for me it would be greatly appreciated. I wanted to use this pic: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2011/ ... ........if at all possible. I'd also like to insert some text in yellow or gold near the top of the 7 in the 27 that says Beat Mode! If you could help me out that would be great!
