I wouldn't. I think rest of season, Hosmer will outproduce Beltran. Throw in De Aza and it's a no-brainer for me.

In a redraft league, I think its relatively even if Beltran stays healthy. If you're confident (or willing to gamble) on relative health from Beltran from here on out, I would take the deal. If you're looking to play it safe, I would stick with what you have. Personally, I would do it.
