Middlebrooks/Janssen for Goldschmidt?

Looking to make a small move to improve my 1B and move Janssen to free up a roster spot for an SP. I was thinking of offering either Middlebrooks or Adams + Janssen for Goldschmidt. Do you think that is a fair offer? Guy who has Goldschmidt just landed him as an extra piece in a deal. He already has M.Cabrera at 1B, so Goldschmidt is a utility player for him and he could really use a closer.
