looks like he suffered yet another setback, is he worth anythign at this point, what is a logical ETA on his return and should I just drop him and be rid of him for good?

If you can stash him, why not, but don't let a DL hopeful hamstring a valuable Pitching slot. Saves can be found on the wire, especially this year.

Agreed. If it's just a DL spot, might as well hang on. If it's a roster spot, let him go.
