I want to trade Lincecum but Im not sure if I'll get an fair deal in return
So far I've been offered Wandy Rodrgiuez in one deal and Colby lewis in another but I rejected both.

Thoughts on what he's worth and if I'm valuing him too high?

Value is all about what you think he is going to do. Right now I don't see his value more than what you have been offered. He is a nice player to buy at a cheap price because he has so much upside but he has shown no real improvements that makes you think that he will suddenly be his old self. So I really doubt anyone pays much more than that for him just because he has so many question marks surrounding him.
