My team! Need some help!

Here is my team as of now..I started off the season with a pretty weak team but as of now I am pretty confident (especially if all of my players stay healthy, but you all know how that goes).
Anyway, I had in mind to trade Mccutchen and one of my pitchers for an ace on the mound..Any thoughts on doing this? Or any thoughts on how I can improve my team would be greatly appreciated!

***My league is head to head, 10 man league, every category pitching and hitting..and it is a 3 man keeper league!!!

I'd agree with trading Cutch. His value is high right now and he probably won't be one of your keepers (I'm assuming Votto, Cargo, J-Up).

Yes they will be my keepers if they stay healthy..but I've tried some deals like him and shields for Hamels but they declined..I might just ride out the season for a while because I'm in second place and I feel pretty confident about my rotation. Price and bumgarner will carry my staff

id keep cutch in a keeper. I think his ceiling could be really high and hes a legit 5 stat guy. The only suggestion i see is keeping that many on your bench on offense. Your team is so stacked i really would keep zero or one player on the bench. So go all pitchers. Id try and trade Craig or the catcher and see what i could get for a pitcher. Maybe you can buy low with Craig on someone thats underperforming.

Yeah good point on going straight pitching, I might do that...The pitching staff I have now is pretty much traded for as it is..I gave up Verlander and got Car-go and D-Price, So I was very pleased at that..And I had dickey and Lynn for a while and traded them for shields and lester and haren, knowing that they will not preform like they had been thus far...I just don't know how much value Craig has right now. He's a stud when he is playing, but he's hurt half the time..I could try to get a decent pitcher for him..


But about Cutch being a keeper, I haven't decided what I'm gonna do with him..Originally it was gonna be J-upton but with how he is preforming so far, I might want to get rid of him ASAP..Can't decide though .Like I said before, Votto and Car-go are definitely 2 of my 3 keepers

J-Up isn't going to be this bad all year round. i think him and McCutchen are very close in terms of keeper value (Both are really five-catergory players), so I'd still flip Cutchfor pitching simply because you could get a top ten guy for him and probably someone else, while J-Up won't get you much of anything right now. Plus, Upton is slightly younger and I feel he still has room to grow.

The only thing about trading mccutchen is I don't think the people in my league know how good cutch really is..I've tried to do cutch straight up for sabathia and they declined.
