No, he is not worth the #4 in that league. He will go through hot and cold spells and he is borderline rosterable in 10-12 team leagues. Grab him if he clears waivers, but not worth a waiver claim.

^^ Agreed. Not worth wasting a high waiver on, but if he clears he's worth holding onto for when he's hot.

He's not worth a #4 waiver imo, but he is definitely worth rostering if he clears waivers.
Keep in mind, Viciedo just aggravated both his hamstrings. So if worse comes to worst he could be hitting the DL.

Let him clear waivers then scoop him. He'll have healthy and hot stretches.

I agree with everyone else don't use your #4 waiver on him. He was just dropped in my 12 man league and only one person put in a waiver request and he was #10. Hopefully he clears waivers and you can pick him up without having to use your #4
