Trade Kemp? WHIR!

I'm currently in first place (5x5 10 team roto keeper (5 keepers)), but am not opposed to trading Kemp to solidify my standing.

I offered an owner Kemp for Bryce Harper and Kenley Jansen and he turned it down.
He countered with Kemp for Desmond Jennings, Kenley Jansen and Gio Gonzalez OR Kemp for Desmond Jennings, Kenley Jansen and Brett Lawrie.
Do I do either deal? My real questions are where to put guys into my roster that I get in the trade. If I got Lawrie he'd be at Utility. Other targets on his team include Giancarlo Stanton, Eric Hosmer, Dan Uggla, Clayton Kershaw, Tommy Hanson, Andre Ethier, and JJ Putz (I need saves).

As you can see by my roster I've been filling in with scrubs due to my many injuries. Cespedis is going to fill in for Saunders in my last OF spot, but I can pretty much put anyone in at Uti. So I'd have to sit Viciedo or drop him or Saunders or Revere. If Viciedo is injured or a question mark, I do like the Gio/Jennings and Jansen offer. I have more room to manuver in my pitching staff.

A possible counter offer I was thinking...Kemp for Uggla, Jennings and Jansen. My MI is weak with Ian Desmond and Jeter. So I could sit one, or maybe trade Kemp and Ian Desmond for Jennings, Uggla, Gio and Jansen if he'd do it.
Thoughs?? Do a deal or wait it out with Kemp's injury? Thanks.

I think your best value is in your initial offer. It was about right. I think it was good for both teams. With just five keepers, I am hesitant on his suggestions. Obviously he is open. Ask him to consider your original deal and work from it as opposed to the other way.

I would not do the trade. i think you really under value Kemp here. You are selling way too low. I would wait it out and then trade. Its a long season..

I agree. I think the first trade is about right but I wouldn't do any of his counter offers especially since you only keep 5 players. I would just wait out Kemp's injury and see how the rest of the season goes .

I DON'T THINK YOUR OF CAN WITHSTAND THE LOSS OF KEMP BUT THATS JUST ME. YOU DEFINITELY HAVE ENOUGH CLOSERS TO DEAL ONE.
