Why not Lucas or Duda?
It seems Joyce has less ABs. He frequently sits against left-handed pitching.
Duda finished last season with 10 home runs in 100 games. Is now hitting .258/.341/.434, manning the cleanup slot for the Mets.
Kubel, while he's slightly off pace from the 20-homer season the D-Backs were hoping for, he's been a solid addition to the middle of their lineup with six home runs, 32 RBI and a .290 average.

Joyce will usually sit against lefties, even though sometimes they give him a chance. He is awful against LHP. If you need an OF'er you can trust to start on an everyday basis, Duda is your guy. But if you just need someone that you can start when he has good match-ups, go with Joyce.
