should i drop viciedo for a pitcher no one will trade

Who's the pitcher?

Your pitching is decent, as-is, and you're only carrying one bench guy in Viciedo. I don't like carrying a bunch of guys on the bench, but one seems fine. Why are you considering this move?

in our league its 5x5 h2d standard. Alot of the guys will use all seven acquistions per week to sport start.

I'm hesitant on this. I'd rather try to hold for a bit and see how things work out -- but if you're struggling in the league and feel that you have to make a move now, I wouldn't be critical of dropping Viciedo. I like him, but he's got flaws, definitely.
