Roster Conflictions: Jackson, Morse, Howard, and others

With Austin Jackson returning off the DL today, I am a bit confused/unsure of which direction to lead my fantasy team:
I am in a 10 Team (non-keeper) Roto League. I get 1 DL Spot, and 3 Bench Spots, (ESPN Standard). I'm in 3rd place, but need a push across most categories to catch the two guys in front. That said, I have a problem: too many players. Here is my roster as it stands right now:
C: Mike Napoli
1B: Paul Goldschmidt
2B: Jason Kipnis
3B: Mike Moustakas
SS: Starlin Castro
SS/2B: Jimmy Rollins
1B/3B: Eric Hosmer
OF: Ryan Braun
OF: Carlos Gonzalez
OF: Alejandro De Aza
OF: Carlos Quentin
OF: Justin Upton
UTL: Micheal Young
Bench: Ben Zobrist
Bench: Mike Morse
DL: Austin Jackson (coming off DL today)
SP: Dan Haren, Brandon Morrow, Brandon Beachy, Josh Beckett, James McDonald, Chris Capuano
RP: Broxton, Soriano, Cassila, and bettancourt.
(I keep 1 pitcher on the bench each day)
And so with this lineup, I am unsure who to get rid of, and who to add to the DL Spot, etc.
Ryan Howard, Cody Ross, Emilio Bonafacio, and Carl Crawford are all available and DL eligable for me.
Soriano, brantley, Seager, Scuatro, Rasmus, and Morneau are available if that makes a diference.
So pretty much what im asking is who to drop, and who to add for DL?

Thanks so much!
