Take this deal or pass? My banged up OF could use the help, esp since I am losing SB and triples all the time with Bonifacio, Ellsbury and Crawford on the DL. But I don't want to cause any net damage to my team.
He gives me: Desmond Jennings and Alfonso Soriano I give him: Mike Moustakas and Dayan Viciedo

I would probably take it. Jennings is the best player in the deal but I don't think Soriano stays this hot so you get a very solid bat in Jennings but a questionable one in Soriano. But I don't think Mouse or Viciedo keeps it up either, I just feel they are better bets than Soriano.
Again, I would take the deal and maybe see if you can move Soriano to someone else.

He also proposed the same deal but giving me Rasmus instead of Soriano. Thoughts?
I think this would be a good trade for you especially seeing as you need help in the SB and triples department. I think I would rather go for Jennings/Rasmus as Rasmus has much more upside then Soriano.
I'd take that deal for sure. Jennings is a stud and while Soriano is a short-term fill-in, it's what you need at the moment. Moose is expendable getting Jennings in return.
I would take it. He's the only one in the trade that I would really ever consider keeping outside of an incredibly deep league. Any way you can sucker him into giving you something for Bryan LaHair, btw?
On a related note, might I suggest something about the format of your roster/keepers?
I can see who you kept coming into the year, but not whether you are able to keep those players again. Perhaps you could put out next to those guys how many years you could still keep them after this year as well? Might help if you go to ask about a trade involving one of them.
