Price or King Felix for Lincy?

I am in a 10 manager, H2H, 10 keeper, 6x6 league, and was offered Lincy and a high draft pick for Price or Felix. Is this even something that any of you would do? Maybe I can get another player added in, or a second draft pick? Who Knows...
Just trying to get opinions on Lincy for a long term trade.

Update, I was offered Lincy, Darvish and a first round pick for Price.
What do you think of that offer?

I don't think I am doing it. The second deal is interesting but I don't think it improves your team enough.

Definite no to the first one. I'd say no to the second one too except I'm not sure what a 1st round pick is worth in your league. I'm assuming there are some keepers... what kind of player, theoretically, would you be able to get with that pick?
