On paper this seems like an absolute no-brainer, like last year when I dealt Trevor Cahill after his hot start for Clayton Kershaw. Do I take this? It might even get vetoed.

I'm not very optimistic on Lincecum right now. But I would do this deal. The upside is worth the risk.

Agreed. The potential of Lincecum returning somewhat to form makes this deal worth it. Jump all over this, but you are right to assume that the league might veto this.
