Trout has been performing above standards, but gordon's been performing under. Should i do it hoping that Gordon picks up? I have too many outfielders as it is. I'm thinking about offering Trout/Stubbs for Gordon/Cuddyer, but i feel like i could get more out of them.
Here's my roster:
C-Carlos Santana
1B-Albert Pujols
2B-Ian Kinsler
SS- Marco Scutaro
3B-Mike Aviles
OF-Mike Trout
OF-Carlos Gonzalez
OF-Bryce Harper
U-Jay Bruce
Bench:
OF-Desmond Jennings
OF-Drew Stubbs
1B-Adam Dunn
SS-JJ Hardy
3B-Kevin Youkilis
3B-Evan Longoria [DL]

I would definitely keep Trout. They are both young players but Trout has a much better well rounded game and he's just a better prospect in general. Gordon is nice but he's all about the steals. Trout can get you steals as well plus other things. Hold onto Trout my friend.
Help me??

RoS, Trout is a top 25 outfielder. Gordon? He'll be lucky to finish in the top 40.
Hold on to Trout.

Absolutely keep Trout. Alex Gordon has been good for exactly 1 season of his career thus far, and though highly touted, was not as highly touted as Trout. In that way, Gordon is not really underperforming as much as he is going back to what he was prior to last year.
I agree with Trout being top 25 (possibly top 15) ROS, as opposed to Gordon who could have a hard time cracking the top 40.
If you're trading Trout for an underperforming player right now, that player had better be named Justin Upton. Seriously. Other than that, you don't trade this guy for any less than a sure-fire top 20 OF or top 40 batter.
