I want to acquire G. Stanton. I'm currently in 1 st place in my 12 man H2H mixed leagues. I offered the other team, Ortiz/Strasburg for Stanton/CJ Wilson. Would you accept this trade? Do you think I should offer more? If so, who else from my roster would you offer to sweeten the deal, Thanks

This isn't enough to get the deal done, especially given that Ortiz is only eligible at DH. Throw in Bryan Lahair and see if he'll bite, but I still doubt that'll work. Could also throw in Matt Adams or Scott Diamond to see if he's interested.

I own Stanton, and If I were him, I wouldn't accept the trade. Ortiz's ceiling isn't as high as Stanton's. If you really believe what the Washington organization is saying about an IP limit on Strasburg, then Wilson might have more value towards the end of the season when you need him most. The Angels are just now starting to heat up and Wilson is sure to get a few wins because of that.

What positions does he need to upgrade? I've found 2 for 2 trades rarely get accepted. Offer him what he needs. Maybe throw in Lahair or Joyce as well

hank you both for the insight. I reoffered the trade and I threw more players in. His team is in 10th of 12 teams. new offer

LaHair, s. diamond, stasburg, and ortiz for stanton and wilson.
