Looking at your roster it somewhat fits, at least until kemp returns, but you're still adding in places you don't need(SS). Additionally you're getting two injury risks(Beltran, Furcal) and a mystery(lincecum). I don't think I'd do it, ask for more or more relevant needs like a 3B.
My rule of thumb is always trade up not down. In my opinion, you never want to be giving up the best player in the deal, you want to be getting the best player. This is a tough one because that's a lot for Votto.

I would reject this if I were you.
ive learned that trading down is important sometimes and it can save your season. The key is if you really need to make the trade and if you need to,,,are you getting good value? If i trade down (i.e. a 1 for 2 ect) i want the other team to overpay. Maybe by alot.
From what you said i dont really see a big crisis. Your in the middle of the pack with Kemp on Dl. Pitching looks great (maybe short a closer) and a couple underperformers on offense. With his offer,,,he honestly is giving plenty of value,,,i mean beltran, furcal would go really early if we redrafted but i just dont see it for you team. You would have to drop a couple pitchers just to make it work and your not in a dire situation as it stands. This trade would be great for someone at the bottom of their league in july.
I agree, the haul isnt a bad one, but I not sure it hits in the right spots for me to give up Votto. The 2 red birds are injury risks and getting older, Myers will get traded, maybe to a setup role and Timmy has just been off...
