I took over a team and have been slowly trying to resurrect this beast and would appreciate your thoughts and advice on these trades. Leave a link and I'll give you my 2 cents
12 team H2H keeper league
1st Trade
I give: Han-Ram, Latos I get: J-Upton, Haren
He also has stras,beachy, and anibel and I feel like I could at least get anibel instead of Haren, thoughts?
2nd Trade
I give: Morse, BJ-Upton, J weeks, Lynn, hanrahan I get: Texeira, Zobrist, Cain
I would do both of those trades. Getting JUp in a keeper league is striking gold. He might not being doing a lot right now but he is going to be a perennial top 10 player for years to come. I am fine with Haren. If you could get Strasburg, then i would go that route. Maybe I go Beachy because it is a keeper league but Haren will likely be better than Beachy at least for the next couple years.
The second deal is ok. I don't love getting Tex as he isn't a guy I would want to build a team around but I do like getting Cain. So this deal I would follow up with another one where I dealt Tex for maybe Lawrie or Hosmer if you can. The second deal does kind of rely on how many keepers you have. If we are only talking 2-4 then I probably don't do the deal but if we are talking more than that then I would pull the trigger.

I would do both of those deals because of your lineup.
#!- Normally, I don't like to give up the best player in a deal, but I think that you can afford to lose H-Ram with A-ram on your bench. The small drop-off in production from H-Ram to Upton is eclipsed by Haren over Latos.
The 2nd deal, I would definitely do. Tex is a notorious slow starter, so you should be getting all of the good months from him and you get Cain as well. That is a good deal. I honestly disagree with the guy above me in that Hosmer/Lawrie or nowhere near Tex. Besides that point, you are giving up crap to get him. Not crap, but players that can easily be replaced by the waiver wire.
Put your lineup together with the new players in it and see how it looks. I think that you will be pleased with Upton and Tex in your everyday lineup and Haren/Cain anchoring your staff.

First trade I'm torn. I think you'll come out solid if you do it, but its not really a necessity. I like the idea of getting JUpton though, especially if you can include Furcal instead of Hanley, even if you have to up the pitcher a little bit.
If that guy will bite on Furcal, DO IT IN A HEARTBEAT!
Second trade I would do, plain and simple.
If you can't work Furcal into that first deal, try shipping him to someone else. He's a sell high candidate like you wouldn't believe.
