Personally, i think:
Thome (he will prolly hit the most home runs and have most RBIs due to the combination of his talent and his team)
Sexson (personally my fav 1b next to Constantino! Gooooooo Tino!
Delgado Best overall hitter of the bunch
Giambi too many drugs, he would be on the top for the *Ritalin list tho!
*Ritalin- STEROID!

Call me crazy, but I go:
Giambi
Thome
Delgado
Sexson
funny thing is, I'd draft any one of them in the fourth round. I'd take Giambi, Thome and Delgado in round 3 for sure. (Of course, Giambi's the only one of those three that makes it that far.) Sexson is a late 3rd, early 4th round pick IMO. All will hit 35 HRs, and drive in 105 at a minimum.
I just think Giambi will be back to form this year. There was really something up with him at the beginning of last year, and I don't think it's going to be a problem again this year, especially in that lineup.

Thome
Delgado
Sexson
Giambi
I agree with CBM as far as when to pick them. In my drafts Sexson and Giambi have been available there, and I think they're both great value picks rather than getting Thome or Delgado earlier.

Here's my rankings and projections:
1. Thome - .273 45 HR 100 R 125 RBI
2. Delgado - .285 36 HR 100 R 120 RBI
3. Sexson - .275 40 HR 90 R 115 RBI
4. Giambi - .280 32 HR 100 R 110 RBI
Giambi is the toughest to figure with the weight loss issue. Whether its roids or not, you have to figure it affects his power. I still think he'll have a good year, but there are far less question marks about the other three on the list.

I actually believe Sexson will hit 50 homers this year.
