Run Away.

You have no need for Napoli so Beltre is your only really addition and even that will change when Pablo comes back in a few weeks. Then add in that you are giving up the best player in Pedroia, at the very least a solid SP in Lester who could be a boderline #1 if he gets things going and a top 15 OF in Bourn.

I would need a lot more than this to make a move.

Get as far away from that offer as you can. That is a really, really bad offer from whoever sent you that. I like Beltre, but its not even close on the rest of them.

Whatever you do, do not accept Bryan LaHair as a valuable trade piece... he is not good, despite his season average over .300 and his 10 homers. Go look at how he's done since the middle of May.
