Trade Weaver? WHIR

With more and more information coming out on Weavers injury, the more i am afraid he will be hampered by this the entire year. A few owners in my league have expressed interest in him, and one of them is the guy with Sale, Price, Lynn, and Samardzjia. Two days ago he offered me Sale for Weaver, which initially I thought was good, then bad, now I am thiking its not bad. Our scoring system really favors pitchers like Sale, who have dual eligibility and also have high strikeout totals. I am confused on what to ask for him. Please help me figure out whether that is a good deal, or whether I should pursue something else? 100% WHIR!

Also, would you trade him for either Bautista or Kershaw? The guy that owns those two has also expressed some interest.

If you can get Bautista or Kershaw for Weaver then you do the deal. I like the idea of going after Kershaw as he is struggling a little right now and might be had cheaper than you might expect.

i don't like the deal for Sale. Sale is good but right now I think he is being over-rated. The last three starts were against two bad teams and TB which ran out a bunch of bench bats for memorial day. If I owned Sale right now, I would be selling him because I think his value is at the highest it is likely to be all year.

Now if you can get Price in the deal then i really like it but I bet that isn't going to happen with the way Price has been pitching.

This is very close, but you're getting a little more security with Verlander over Weaver, even if I like Ramirez a little more than Zimmerman.

I'm biased since I'm doing the same thing, but I'd target Kershaw. I've had him the past 3 seasons before this season and he's an absolute stud. Dodgers are in "win" mode, so he'll be among the lead leaders across the board.
