I've heard that Mantei is injured. Is this true, and if so how long is he gonna be out?

yes he is injured. he is in question about being ready for opening day - they are trying frantically to find something that works. he is continuously tearing his fingernail, which stops him from ripping down on the ball. valverde will probably start the season in the closers role.
