Which hot/healthy OF would you cut?

Who would you drop in this situation.... A couple of these bats are pretty hot while a few others are coming off the DL. This is a ten team h2h keeper league and these are the seven batting categories..... Runs, HRs, RBI, BBs, SB's and AVG. And these are the seven pitching..... Innings pitched, wins, saves, holds, Ks, ERA, and whip. We keep 2 bats and two arms but have discussed 3 bats and 3 arms as a possibility or just adding a 5th keeper (choice of bat or arm)

I've been able to win last weeks matchup without replacing Santana at the catchers position, but he should be coming back early this week and need to plug him in and drop an OF. I have also considered maybe dropping Dempster after his start on Tuesday but would rather keep 7 SP's rostered than this many OFs as we only start four of them. I haven't been winning the saves category so I want to keep all my relievers.

When I activate Santana I need to drop an OF and then decide if I want to play or drop Cespedes over another OF. Several decent arms available on the wire, which is why I'm debating dropping dempster after his start on Tuesday. However, if I do that it would really just be an attempt to push this roster decision off till someone in the OF cools off. Please help!!! WHIR!!
