Drop Schafer for Viciedo? [Always WHIR]

12 team h2h yahoo league with the following categories....R, RBI, SB, OBP, NetSB

I am in first by 7.5 games, mostly from some very lucky and timely waiver moves....wondering if it is time for another.

BUT...to make this more complex I have Gardner on the DL and will have to drop someone to take him off by the end of the week.

Here is my roster:
C-Ruiz
1B-Prince
2B-Altuve
SS-Jeter
3B-Arod
OF-Reddick
OF-Melky Cabrera
OF-B Harper
UT-Cespedes
BN-Napoli, A Craig, Schafer, Gardner(DL)

SP-Kershaw, Hamels, J McDonald, Shields, Dempster, Zambrano

RP -Chapman, Axford, League

I would make the drop for Viciedo and then see where you are when you need to make a Gardner move.

Schafer is obviously on your team because you need cheap stolen bases. Viciedo doesn't steal bases. So these two players aren't really interchangeable. Key Question is "are you willing to sacrifice SBs?

I have Schafer on my team. He's a scrub but he is my Stolen base leader scrub.

Viciedo is overrated and I don't trust him anyhow.

Good point, but SB are easier to find...make the move.

Schafer barely ever starts on my roster...I have only gotten like half his SB's...Viciedo probably wont start that often either...but they seem to be headed in opposite directions with Schafer kinda falling off and Viciedo starting to show some real solid stats to go with some very good peripherals.

If Scahfer was starting regularly...I would have a lot more hesitation.

Yeah you could use a big bopping OF I would dump League for Viciedo and Schafer for Gardner when he comes back
