Drop Lewis for Marcum.

Marcum is easily a 10x better pitcher then Colby Lewis.

I think I would take Gio. He is young, and pitching fantastic for a good team. While Cruz can be great at times too, he is streaky. I am actually trying to trade for Cruz right now (because I am a Ranger fan and also because I believe he will be good) but I would still take Gio if I were you. I hope this helps.

I would definitively do that deal you have tons of Depth in the OF and your SP could really use a SP like GIo.
