H2H League in 19th Season looking for new manager

We are seeking an (almost) mid-season replacement manager for a team currently mired in last place in our toughest division. This team will not compete this year, but does have enough talent that the right manager could swing the fortunes in a relatively short period of time. We are are 20-team league, currently in our 19th season and play head-to-head games in a 120 game season (Today we are playing game 52).
This challenge is only for the active manager. You cannot win consistently in this league without paying daily attention to the transactions as well as your players' performances.
