Rios or Quintin? Better add ROS?

Who is the better add right now? Alex Rios or Carlos Quitin?

Rios has been very hot and is hitting 5th in a nice lineup. He could be back to his 20-20 form.
Quintin has come out of the gates swinging, but his home games are in Petco and his is fragile.

Who should I go after?

I would take Rios but both are a gamble so I wouldn't expect either to stay hot all year.
