Drop "name" pitcher like Lester or Garza?

I'm in a weekly H2H league, 10 teams, mixed leagues. Categories: Wins, Saves, Ks, ERA, WHIP.

My starting pitching has been pretty bad, I'm wondering whether its time to drop a "name" pitcher like Lester for someone who has been pitching well of late (like Homer Bailey or Doubront)? I picked up Paulino recently to stream him but he has been so good that I want to keep him, he could be a bona fide break out? Lester clearly isnt what he used to be but he should eventually start pitching better than he has lately. Garza and Hellickson have also been pretty bad of late, and I still don't know if Daniel Hudson will perform this year (as he just came off the DL). Are any of them droppable??

Also, should I should drop Burnett? He's not really getting many save chances anyway. Unfortunately there are no better closers to pick up.

Current roster:
SP: Weaver (DL), Morrow, Lynn, Paulino, Hellickson, Hudson (Daniel), Garza, Lester
RP: Casilla, Betancourt, Frieri, Burnett

Available SPs: Bailey, Doubront, Pettite, Harrison, Parker, Bard, etc

If you think Lester isn't going to bounce back, the smart thing to do would be exploring a trade with someone who wanted to buy low on him. Recent suckage aside, Lester isn't someone you just drop even in a 10 team league.

Sean Burnett is not THE closer. Can you start a SP in that slot? If so, go with that strategy.

Otherwise, I let Hellickson go.

I like Doubront but don't drop Lester, Garza or Hellickson. They might not be pitching great right now but they can easily turn things around. Plus they would bring something in a trade that is better than almost anything on the WW. If you don't want to wait it out then package two of these guys for one SP. I am betting someone would do that kind of trade. Drop Burnett, he has no value for you right now.
