what do you suggest? I have no clue who to keep and who to get rid of

8 teams so far but we are trying get 10

With out knowing the salaries you have people at...and the positions you start...and any minors you can keep....my list would be

C LeCroy...1B Palmeiro...1B Durazo*...2B Roberts...3B Teixeira...SS Nomar...OF Beltran...OF Baldelli...OF Matsui...OF Gonzalez...P Pedro...P Meche...

That gives you 12 going in....I would try and redraft from there....

The close ones that did not make my cut were...OF/2B Harris...and RP MacDougal...
