I would, yes. The Cards of course will be upset they got no-hit by Santana, but I can't think of a more perfect pitcher to follow up that performance than Dickey. The Cards will not be as patient as normal tonight...they'll want to come out being aggressive, and that plays right into Dickey's hands.
Not to mention, I think I read the other day that since July of last year he leads the majors in quality starts. That's insane. Go ahead and start with confidence.
