I don't know what to say, but he's really wearing thin on me.I hate cutting a high draft pick, but he just sucks(until the moment I cut him)

Based on track record, no. I wouldn't object to cutting Rizzo depending on league rules. He is not the top 1b on your bench's depth chart.
