Keeper: Ethier/Halladay for Harper/Chapman? WHIR

It kills me to even be offering Halladay after he's carried me the last three seasons, but he's down and my pitching is struggling right now. 12-team auction keeper league, I was offered Harper($3) and Chapman($1) for my Ethier($12) and Halladay($32)

Currently leading all batting stats by a good margin, and middle of the pack with my pitching, and now Halladay and Fister just went down.

Obviously I really need starting pitching more than anything, but this is an interesting offer at least, from a keeper league perspective...any thoughts?

Yes, accept it. It pains me to say it. It almost doesn't even matter what the stipulations are for keepers, although I'd feel better knowing.

How many do you keep, and how many dollars get added on if kept?

We can keep six, out of $260. Right now my keepers would be:

Stanton - $16
Beachy - $1
Encarnacion - $2

And then it gets murky, AJones for $21, Ethier for $12, Darvish for $15, Votto $32...

I guess my concern is I really need starting pitching more than anything, but this offer was the most interesting I've had. Considered a Ethier for a JZimmermann type move, but maybe I could make another move later for a smaller upgrade...

You would definitely have a lot of nice keepers. I'd actually use Encarnacion as trade bait to get back a top of the line keeper at SP.

I'd keep Stanton/Harper/Chapman/Beachy/Jones/random guy

Or Votto for 32 instead of random guy. Or Kinsler for however much he costs.

Right now I'd like to win the here and now is the problem, we've got some money on the line, and I've got a nice lead in my division, and a huge edge on batting stats. So you like this offer enough for me to stop sitting here feeling nauseous staring at it eh?
